Stupid people

I have quite a few views on life, some not so popular. One of my worst is my feelings towards stupid people. For example, in my work, I deal with angry people everyday. Some of the things that they are angry about show just how stupid they are. Here is one that I spoke with the other day.

Customer called in angry that her new computer didn't come with a CDRW/DVD combo drive, it came with a DVD+RW/-RW drive.
